At Endless Pursuit, we stand behind the quality of every product we create. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.

 

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

 

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

• All original tags and packaging must be intact

• Sale or promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned
  
  To start a return, please email us at endlesspursuitco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions and shipping details. 
  
  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. 

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. 

 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order. 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at endlesspursuitco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
